Do you ship to my country?

Yes, of course! We ship all orders with a tracking number.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

- Europe : 4-6 business days.

- Rest of the world: 10-15 business days.

I entered a wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Please always double check your shipping information before confirming it.

If you made a mistake in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@evaboch.com

If your order has already been shipped we cannot make any changes and will have to wait to receive it back (if we receive it) before we can ship it again.

Can I make cancel or make changes to my order once it is placed?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can make changes by contacting us as soon as possible at shop@evaboch.com. It is not possible to make changes if the product is in the process of being shipped.

I've received my order but I think it is faulty, what do I do?

All our products are packaged and shipped with care, but if there is a
problem upon receipt please contact us within 5 days of receipt
shop@evaboch.com adding a photo of the product so we can see the problem and
replace it if necessary.

No refunds can be given but an exchange can be made.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Of course! Our designs make beautiful gifts 💖. We can send the gift to the person's address directly. Please write to us at shop@evaboch.com so we can add a gift card with the order (so you know who is sending you this gift)! If you forgot to do that process, please write to us as soon as possible at shop@evaboch.com !

What’s your returns policy?

Do you take custom orders?

It depends on the order, but you can ask Eva directly at design@evaboch.com

How much are the shipping costs?

You can simulate the shipping fee adding items to your « card ».

Please note that the shipping charge only includes delivery; therefore customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.
