Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Eva Boch Design operated by Eva Boch.

All our products are packaged and shipped with care, but if there is a problem upon receipt please contact us within 5 days of receipt at shop@evaboch.com , adding a photo of the product so we can see the problem and replace it if necessary. No refunds can be given but an exchange can be made.
